I have worked at this location for a good amount of time. When Glenda took over management things went down hill very fast. Working at this location while it's under the management of Glenda is a horrific event to partake in. She yells at her employees, disrespects and disregards everyone and doesn't treat them as humans. She will force drive thru times down you're throat and be angry if you don't make them. She's rude to everyone below her. She will not deal with harassment from other employees either. She puts speed of service way over quality and kindness. She makes the work environment unbearable to work with. Glenda is not fit for management. I would not recommend working here as long as she's managing this location. That being said the other employees for the most part are awesome to work with and the past manager who is currently in maternity leave is good to work with and knows what she's doing.

I was at the hospital and needed food for my family. Turned up at 10.40pm to grab something quick and they wouldn't let me in. Hours of operation clearly say open till 11pm. Friday the 17th of March 2017.

I came through the Drive Thru this morning, and found the supervisor shrieking at the staff for not getting good times. While it not only made me uncomfortable as a customer, I could tell it was an awful experience for the staff; some of them seemed close to tears. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but it happens far too often. It is also insulting to hear how customers are treated like numbers to be fed as fast as possible; I expect high quality, personal service (I get this often enough, but never with this supervisor.) The rest of the staff are very friendly however, but I don't want to come here as much anymore because I don't want to have my visit spoiled by a screaming supervisor. I strongly recommend something is done here.

Im talking openly as a person, customer and past crew member. I worked in Tim Horton's as my first job, I started in 2015 on September, I can say it was really nice at first, I started training in the mornings, but I was a student so I went to evening shifts. It was confusing because I had tasks to do as a till person which are "clean bathrooms, sweep and mop, scrub the mats, wash dishes, clean tables, clean windows and clean throughly everything and Etc" but also I had to take orders make the coffees and serve them and such, obviously it's a small location so they have only one person on till, one for drive thru, one sandwich bar person and the baker (and a supervisor) . Since I was the only person on till, it was always busy and for me, customers are first, later in time there was a guy who entered two months after me, we were both on till, but then he moved fast to drive thru, then on sandwich bar and started to get crosstrained, he never got to do tasks or help me at all on till. 6 months working there and never got crosstrained or had an opportunity to get crosstrained, the only time I was going to is when my manager told me how bad I was at not doing closing tasks and they were going to fire me because of it. I was confused, I rather not do them and serve people ASAP than freaking let them wait 10 minutes while I do something. Never got help btw. Management is terrible, now I go back once in a lifetime because I know how terrible they are with some people who work there. Also I asked for a straw and they denied me one. If tim horton's wants to keep crew better be a little bit more flexible. Thank goodness I quit and I'm in another fast food restaurant where they treat me like a person.
