  There is group of gentleman that come to your establishment on a daily basis to have a coffee, something to eat, and a good conversation ( one being my father ) Many times they have asked your staff to turn down the music in the restaurant, only to get a " I don't care attitude " and a " What " for a answer,( did I mention many of these gentlemen served in the Military and the RCMP, protecting our freedom and safety )
  
  The actions of all employees come from the training of management and ownership, so if you feel this is how to treat your customers, then you don't deserve their business or anyone else's business.
  
  On the eve of Fathers Day, these men could be your father, your grandfather or your uncle, so treat them with RESPECT !

  I get my coffee here almost every morning. However, I can always tell if I'm going to be waiting in line for 15 minutes for a coffee or 5 minutes based on the voice from the menu. I concede there may be something I don't know about McDonald's procedure, but if the customer at the window is lazy and orders 15 Happy Meals from drive-thru instead of going inside, and the customer behind him (me) orders a single coffee, why aren't they moving that guy to the McDonald's reserved parking spot to wait so to serve the other customers?
  
  But the coffee's always hot. And the muffins? Muffiney.

  Slowest service . All the staff is very unorganized. I go thru the drive thru because there are never enough seats for my family. It's dirty and today to top it all off I received a raw runny unscramble egg in my breakfast wrap after waiting 15 min in the drive thru for it. Seriously, when are the owners going to make things better. This location has the worst reviews in the valley

  Just disgusted I went there last Saturday for a meal she asked if I wanted large fries with it said ok just to have the box half full their famous for that I forgot to ask to make sure the box was full. Then there was so much ice in the cup I token the lid off a home to fill with water and there was the longest black hair on the inside of my cup and wrapped in the ice. I've tried to contact them to no avail phone just keeps ringing then screams like a fax. Got the number of line. Just utterly disgusted
